Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing or using the 404dn platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. Users must ensure they are legally entitled to access this type of platform from their current location. 404dn reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 404dn and the user, which comes into effect upon registering or logging in to the platform.

Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

Each individual may register only one account.
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's information is strictly prohibited.
404dn may request identity verification documents at any time.

Password & Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password strictly confidential.
Any unauthorized access must be reported to 404dn immediately.
Sharing your account with or allowing others to use it is strictly prohibited.
404dn reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

404dn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following cases: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, suspected money laundering, or disruption to the normal functioning of the platform. In such cases, any remaining account balance may be forfeited.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

All users of the 404dn platform are required to comply with the following:

The platform may only be used for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
Any form of fraud, bot usage, automated software, or hacking attempts is strictly prohibited.
Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users is strictly prohibited.
Money laundering or any illegal transactions through the platform are strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. 404dn does not guarantee any specific outcome.
Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any transactions of this nature will be voided.

404dn reserves the right to take any legal action in response to violations of the above rules.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on 404dn are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Major Bangladeshi payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Deposit Rules:

Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the applicable payment method.
Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a maximum of 30 minutes.
Deposits are non-refundable once made; however, the amount remains available as your account balance.

Withdrawal Rules:

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 72 hours, subject to verification.
Identity verification may be required before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawals may be placed on hold if a breach of Terms is suspected.
Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.

All transactions are conducted in accordance with the financial regulations applicable in Bangladesh.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

404dn accepts no liability for the following:

Losses arising from internet disconnection or technical failures.
Financial losses resulting from bets placed at the user's own discretion.
Failure or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance breaks.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 404dn platform — including logos, designs, software, games, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of 404dn.

Copying, distributing, or reusing any content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Reverse engineering any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Violations will be subject to legal action.

Third-Party Links & Services

The 404dn platform may at times utilize third-party payment gateways or game providers. Such third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. 404dn assumes no responsibility for the operations or service quality of these third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant terms before using any third-party services.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Terms Modification Policy

404dn reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Users may be notified by email in the event of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or disagreements shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Both the user and 404dn agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation before pursuing legal proceedings.
